Why not turn your passion into scientific data by documenting what you see? Bring your smartphone or table as we explore outdoors using exciting new applications that help track biodiversity form the palm of your hand! We’ll focus on iNaturalist, a popular app that can identify a species with a photo you upload. We’ll also talk about Project BudBurst, looking at how blooming cycles have changed and their significance to pollinators. We’ll also explore Hummingbirds@Home, a project that studies the migration of hummingbirds and their relationship to biodiversity.
